The Pro Series is about putting you in control. It’s about creating your environment, your way, every day. To make sure you get the exact system you need, the Pro Series includes a variety of equipment options that will let your Armstrong Air dealer design and build the ideal solution for your home.
The Comfort Sync thermostat puts advanced temperature monitoring and adjustment in your hands, no matter where you may be. Check and change the temperature in your home or set your system into an energy-saving Away Mode using your smartphone, tablet, laptop or other web-enabled device. So you’ll always come home to the perfect temperature. Another incredible feature gives Comfort Sync the ability to email you and your dealer when routine maintenance or service needs to be performed. Each service alert and reminder is customizable for various time increments, depending on system requirements.
Inside every Armstrong Air furnace, you’ll find our proprietary heat exchanger with EHX Technology. Stainless steel plates are crimped together, rather than welded, to reduce fatigue from heat strain and improve durability. Compared to conventional heat exchangers, the patented design offers more surface area for greater heat transfer, and advanced airflow properties allow more even heat distribution with no hot spots. As tough as it is dependable, EHX Technology is designed and tested to outperform our high standards and your expectations. Quiet SHIFT™ Technology Allows heat pumps to enter defrost mode without excessive noise. Since refrigerant pressure is allowed to equalize before the switch, the heat pump can dissipate performance-robbing frost and ice quietly. The burners inside every Armstrong Air furnace aren’t like the burners you’ll find in other furnaces. No detail was overlooked in their design, from their deeper, specially shaped fuel channels to the increased number of jets. As a result, Armstrong Air furnaces operate with extreme reliability, impressive efficiency and very low noise levels.
The Armstrong Air air conditioner uses a brilliant approach to cooling called MHT Technology. In Armstrong Air’s proprietary heat transfer system, a specially designed fan shroud pulls air evenly throughout the air conditioner’s coil surface. The coil features rifled tubing to enhance refrigerant flow, while lanced coil fins increase surface contact between metal and air. All combine for maximum heat transfer and efficiency. Designed for ambients up to 125°F, this handler is equipped with a raised coil that prevents debris from collecting in bottom of coil and causing loss of airflow.
Armstrong Air Handlers are equipped with variable speed motors to help maintain consistent and even airflow. The variable speed motor featured on the BCS2V and EFV models gradually increases speeds from low to high. This helps keep noise levels to a minimum, remove humidity from your home and enhance indoor air quality. Both direct drive and variable speed motors are engineered to perform and built to last, so you and your family can always enjoy a cool and comfortable home. The Armstrong Air Handler comes in both a two-piece and a single piece design. With capacities from 1.5 to 5 tons, a variable-speed blower motor and a piston or factory-installed TXV.
The complete line of E-Series™ rooftop units represents Allied Commercial’s ongoing commitment to the advancement of heating and cooling technology in commercial applications. Designed to provide a low total cost of ownership, the E-Series unit helps reduce energy costs while being extremely cost-effective to service and maintain. With up to 18.0 SEER, the E-Series rooftop unit line achieves efficiency ratings up to 38% higher than U.S. Department of Energy minimum standards. E-Series units also offer exceptional peak load and overall energy usage reductions for commercial buildings. In fact, the E-Series line offers the highest number of units that surpass the Consortium for Energy Efficiency’s (CEE) Tier 2 EER levels for rebates (the highest currently available).
K-Series™ rooftop units are known for precise, dependable performance. Also, because of its advanced features and thoughtful product designs, the K-Series is flexible, too, making it an excellent choice for virtually any commercial application. K-Series units are available in two configurations—standard and high-efficiency. Either unit can also be made up to 27% more efficient with the addition of an optional, single-zone VAV (Variable Air Volume) supply fan. High-efficiency models may also qualify for state and local utility rebates, helping you save even more.
The Z-Series™ delivers both value and flexibility, with proven performance. Available in 3 to 12.5-ton gas/electric, electric/electric and up to 10-ton heat pump models, Z-Series rooftop units are compatible with many replacement jobs and fit one of today’s most popular curb sizes. The Z-Series rooftop units feature the most popular footprint in the commercial industry, which eliminates the need for an adaptor curb in many replacement jobs, and allows installers to utilize existing utility connections. In addition, the Z-Series units are up to 18% lighter than those of competitors, which not only makes the units easier to lift and move, but also eliminates additional structural engineering costs.
Inverter-driven wall-mounted ductless indoor unit for residential applications. Operate quietly and efficiently to provide comfort in any room.
